These are the Terms. If you buy the book, you’re agreeing to the terms. They’re clearly posted, clearly marked with “Read this first” and you’re responsible for them. Purchasing the book is an acceptance of the terms in full. If you don’t agree to the terms, you’re not authorized to purchase the book.

1. DOWNLOAD AND LOOK AT THE SAMPLE BEFORE YOU BUY! You need to make sure the sample chapter works for you before your purchase. Also, this will mean that when you purchase, you can stick in the registration code and go. There are no additional downloads.

2. Refund Policy: All purchases are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Not because someone didn’t understand, because they feel something, because they didn’t read. No refunds. All sales final. No exceptions.

3. This doesn’t work on a Mac or Linux. Not if a mac user sacrifices a chicken over it. Not if a mac users wishes hard enough. Not because a mac user thinks it should, if something is just tweaked to get by with it. You must acquire a computer that will run the ebook, which is a windows based .exe file designed for a PC. If you aren’t using an actual PC, and a full, native copy of Windows 2000 or above, this ebook will not work on your computer. And remember, all purchases are final – no exceptions.

4. There’s no need to download twice: If you already have the sample chapter, that IS the ebook. You only have to purchase a license and then register the ebook to activate the full text. No need to download it a second time.

5. We can’t support connection issues: If you are downloading it, please allow the download to FULLY complete, before you go trying to run the darned thing.  If you have a high latency internet connection (e.g. satellite, wifi, dialup) or an incorrectly configured router, DSL, Cable, or T-1 connection, or overactive security software or admin permissions, please try one of the other links, a different computer, or get a friend to download it for you, before you say the link is bad. We will always provide a working download link, and are happy to verify that the link works, by actually downloading the file. We will not cheat you.

6. Handling Downloads: You must actually save/download the file to your computer, and not try to open/run it from our server. It simply will not register, nor function correctly if you ignore this. It will take forever to open, and will ultimately fail to operate correctly. If you don’t know how to save a file to your computer, locate where you saved it to, extract and/or run it from your system, then please get a technically-minded friend to help. We can’t support or refund attempts to run an executable file on our servers.

7. Adobe Reader: You must have a proper installation of Adobe Reader, since the ebook uses that as the basic engine for display. If you don’t have it, Google “Adobe Reader” to get it. It’s free, last we looked.

Summary: That’s the good stuff. So remember what we said. Download before you buy – of course! No refunds for any reason. It doesn’t work on a Mac or Linux. Be sure to actually download it, and run the downloaded copy, not the original on our servers.  And while we will provide a working link, we can’t support your internet connection or system settings.
